How to Book

  • Send in a Request for Information Form and/or call for information.
  • You will receive a Welcome and list of questions via email.
  • Please take the time to answer the questions and send back in. You will also schedule a tour at this time.
  • View the three event spaces (Crest Center, Crest Pavilion and Crest Gazebo) to see which is your favorite, and what dates are available.
  • You will then receive a quote that is based on the answers to your questions, your preferred venue, and preferred date.
  • Once you know this is THE place for your special day, you will put down a $1000 deposit along with an initialed and signed copy of our Private Event Policies . This confirms your date and venue. All other details will fall in to place has your wedding date approaches.
  • Please make checks payable to M7 Event Solutions and mail it (along with the policies) to PO Box 5895 Asheville, NC 28813.
  • If you prefer to pay via Credit Card, we do accept Visa and Master Card. There will be a 2% electronic payment fee on all transactions. You will fill out our Credit Card Authorization Form.
